تم تصميم هذه الورشة التفاعلية لتنمية الوعي الحسي لدى المشاركين من خلال رحلة إرشادية في عالم القهوة المختصة. تركّز الجلسة على الرائحة، النكهة، القوام، والإحساس في الفم، وتساعد المشاركين على تذوّق القهوة بوعي وثقة أكبر، وذلك عبر تمارين حسّية عملية وتجارب تذوّق منظّمة.

This interactive workshop is designed to develop participants’ sensory awareness through a guided exploration of specialty coffee.
Focusing on aroma, flavor, body, and mouthfeel, the session helps participants understand how to taste coffee more intentionally and confidently, using hands-on sensory exercises and structured tasting experiences.
