أسستها وقار الحمادي بعد حصولها على المركز الرابع في بطولة الأيروبريس العالمية، مما حوّل شغفها بالقهوة إلى مشروع يُقدّم جودة عالمية بروح إماراتية.

في ريلام نختار أفضل أنواع البن من مختلف دول العالم، ونُحمّصها بشغف وخبرة. تتميز تجربتنا بأنها مُفصّلة حسب ذوق العميل، من بلد المنشأ إلى درجة التحميص وطريقة الإعداد، ليحصل على قهوة تناسبه تمامًا.

Relam Coffee Roastery is a micro-roastery based in the UAE, dedicated to offering a unique and carefully crafted coffee experience.

Founded by Waqar Al-Hammadi after achieving fourth place in the World Aeropress Championship, Relam grew from a passion for coffee into a roastery that delivers world-class quality with an Emirati spirit.

At Relam, we source premium coffee beans from around the world and roast them with expertise and passion. What makes us unique is that every roast is tailored to the customer’s taste—from origin to roast level and brewing style—creating a cup made just for them.
